Kay M. Hoveland
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Ms. Hoveland has served as president and chief executive officer of Kaiser Federal Bank since 1987. This includes service in this position for Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union. Ms. Hoveland has been a director of Kaiser Federal Bank since 2000.
James L. Breeden

Mr. Dacumos has served as the Director of Systems for the Department of Building and Safety of the City of Los Angeles since 2009 and has been with the department since 1999. Mr. Dacumos was appointed to the Board in April 2010.
Diana L. Peterson-More
Director
Ms. Peterson-More, a labor lawyer, veteran corporate executive and college educator, founded The Organizational Effectiveness Group (OEG) in 1996. Her company focuses on aligning an individual's contribution and performance with organizational goals. Ms. Peterson-More was appointed to the Board in May 2010.
Michael J. Sacher, CPA

Mr. Sacher has spent the last 30 years in public accounting, specializing in the financial institutions sector. From August 2001, he served seven years as a partner with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP resigning to start a consulting firm providing services to financial institutions. He has been a director of Kaiser Federal Bank since 2008.
Robert C. Steinbach

Mr. Steinbach has served as the chief inspector for the Building and Safety Department of the City of Los Angeles since 2002 and has been with the Department since 1985. Mr. Steinbach has been a director of Kaiser Federal Bank since 2000.
Laura G. Weisshar, CPA
Director
Ms. Weisshar has served as the Vice President and Controller for Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region since 2002 and has been with Kaiser Permanente since 1992. Ms Weisshar has experience in internal audit as well as financial reporting and disclosure under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. She has been a director of Kaiser Federal Bank since 2007.
